Stacy Sinclair is our Stormwater Program Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, and infrastructure project delivery. She has led environmental programs on complex, large-scale construction projects across California, providing technical oversight and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving innovative, cost-effective solutions.

Stacy specializes in stormwater management, water and waste compliance, and sustainability program development. She has extensive experience supporting major transportation and infrastructure clients, including LA Metro and Flatiron Dragados, where she managed environmental compliance for multi-billion-dollar projects. Her expertise includes SWPPP development and implementation, construction inspection, regulatory reporting, and integration of sustainable practices into project delivery to achieve measurable cost savings and environmental benefits.

A certified Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (QSD/QSP) and Trainer of Record, Stacy also holds credentials as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and Certified Erosion and Sediment Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI). She is an active contributor to industry organizations including CASQA and the California Water Boards and has been recognized with multiple awards for innovation and service in environmental compliance and sustainability.
