Bancroft provides stormwater consulting and BMP installation/maintenance for 20+ school construction projects across San Diego County, supporting facility expansions, portable classroom installations, athletic field improvements, and infrastructure upgrades. School projects present unique challenges: construction must occur during summer breaks, budgets are constrained, and project managers often have limited environmental compliance experience.

Our approach emphasizes clear communication, practical BMP designs that school maintenance staff can maintain, and proactive coordination with general contractors who may be encountering CGP requirements for the first time. We prepare "builder-friendly" SWPPPs with clear instructions, provide WEAP training for construction crews, and conduct hands-on BMP installation training for contractors unfamiliar with erosion control.
