Bancroft Construction Services' stormwater team served as the Lead Environmental Compliance contractor for the Moritz 12kV project, providing specialized stormwater management and NPDES oversight services to PAR Electric and Geosyntec Consultants from over the course of 2 years. Our Qualified SWPPP Practitioners (QSP) conducted comprehensive weekly inspections throughout the two-year project duration to ensure strict compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements during pole replacement and powerline installation activities. We implemented, monitored, and maintained Best Management Practices (BMPs) in accordance with the State Water Resources Control Board's Construction General Permit, performing detailed site assessments to verify that erosion and sediment control measures remained effective across all active work areas. Our stormwater specialists documented compliance through real-time field reporting, coordinated timely maintenance and repair of BMPs, and ensured proper implementation of Action Plans (APs) to protect water quality during storm events. Through proactive stormwater compliance monitoring and rapid corrective action implementation, our team avoided NPDES violations while supporting the successful completion of this essential utility infrastructure upgrade, demonstrating our stormwater division's ability to maintain rigorous water quality protection standards on long-term linear infrastructure projects requiring consistent regulatory oversight and dedicated field presence.
