Lindsay Olson is a seasoned Biologist and Program Manager with over fifteen years of experience specializing in NEPA and CEQA analysis and permitting for large-scale projects across California. Lindsay has demonstrated exceptional expertise in maintaining project compliance with complex permit conditions, ensuring the successful execution of environmentally sensitive initiatives.

Throughout her career, Lindsay has made significant contributions to high-profile projects such as the Tehachapi Renewal Transmission Project (TRTP), Newhall Ranch, and the California High-Speed Rail Project. Her role involves overseeing teams of field biologists and archaeologists, meeting with local, state, and federal resource agencies to secure construction and mitigation approvals and implementing comprehensive resource mitigation programs.

At Bancroft Construction Services, Lindsay manages a team of over 15 staff biologists and contracted biologists across multiple projects, including the California High-Speed Rail, Eldorado-Lugo Mojave, SCE Routine Line Clearing, SCE Vegetation Management, SCE TROW, CalTrans, and PG&E System Hardening. She is instrumental in developing standard operating procedures and training materials for new programs, ensuring that her team is well-prepared and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Lindsay's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Development and Environmental Conservation, with a Minor in Biology from the University of Wisconsin—Milwaukee.
