Karrie Shotts serves as our Senior HR Manager and Administrative Manager, she brings over two decades of experience in operations management, human resources, and administrative leadership. Karrie joined us in 2024, after serving as Managing Director and RCFE Administrator at Marama Experience, LLC, and Director of HR & Operations at Automation Engineering Systems, Inc., where she demonstrated expertise in operations management, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.
Karrie oversees a team of over 100 employees, managing the Administration Fleet, HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, workman's compensation, employee reviews, and policy development. She ensures compliance with California labor laws and state regulations while fostering a supportive work environment.
Karrie leads with a people-first mindset grounded in real-world operational expertise. She holds certifications as an RCFE Administrator, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and in CPR/BLS. Known for her integrative leadership style, Karrie builds strong, supportive workplace cultures while driving operational excellence, making her a trusted leader and a valued asset to Bancroft’s continued success.
