Karrie Shotts serves as the Senior HR Manager and Integrator at Bancroft Construction Services, where she leverages her extensive experience in operations management, human resources, and administrative functions to drive organizational success. With a career spanning over two decades, Karrie is known for her exceptional leadership, strong communication skills, and dedication to excellence.

In her role, Karrie oversees a team of over 100 employees, ensuring that all HR functions, including job descriptions, interviews, onboarding, training, and compliance with state regulations, are executed efficiently. She is responsible for managing company benefits, workman’s compensation, employee reviews, and policy development, ensuring that Bancroft remains compliant with California labor laws and provides a supportive work environment for its staff.

As an Integrator, Karrie plays a crucial role in translating the company’s strategic vision into actionable plans. She focuses on process improvement, integrating administrative and operational functions, and ensuring overall company efficiency and productivity. Her ability to recognize inefficiencies and implement effective solutions has been instrumental in optimizing Bancroft's operations.

Karrie’s previous experience includes roles as Managing Director and RCFE Administrator at Marama Experience, LLC, and Director of HR & Operations at Automation Engineering Systems, Inc. In these positions, she demonstrated her expertise in operations management, HR, accounting, and regulatory compliance, consistently driving organizational growth and efficiency.

Karrie holds multiple certifications, including RCFE Administrator Certification, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and CPR/BLS certification.
