Meet Ethan Driscoll

Ethan Driscoll serves as President and co-founder of Bancroft Construction Services, bringing over 18 years of construction industry experience to his oversight of the Construction, Stormwater, and Biology departments.

A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with an MBA from Walden University, Ethan holds certifications as a Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner (QSD/P), Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), and Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC). He has completed OSHA 30-hour training and is trained to work with the Desert Tortoise and San Joaquin Kit Fox.

Ethan manages proposal development, project execution, safety management, logistics coordination, and equipment procurement. His construction management expertise, particularly in the utility sector, has guided high-profile projects including the Skookumchuck Wind Energy Project, California High-Speed Rail Construction Package 4, and Southern California Edison's West of Devers Upgrade Project.

He continues to serve in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he has held leadership positions including Commanding Officer and Engineer Officer.
