Ethan driscoll

Ethan Driscoll serves as the President and co-founder of Bancroft Construction Services. With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Ethan oversees the Construction, Stormwater, and Biology departments. His leadership ensures the company's adherence to the highest standards in environmental compliance and construction stormwater management.

Ethan's expertise spans a wide range of responsibilities, including preparing proposals, analyzing project execution and safety management, coordinating logistics, purchasing equipment, and providing oversight on a variety of projects. His extensive background in construction management, particularly within the utility industry, allows him to bring a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of his work at Bancroft.

Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration degree from Walden University. He is a certified Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner (QSD/P), Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Certified Inspector of Sediment and Erosion Control (CISEC), and has completed OSHA 30-hour training. Additionally, he is trained to work with the Desert Tortoise and the San Joaquin Kit Fox, reflecting his commitment to environmental stewardship.

Throughout his career, Ethan has managed numerous high-profile projects, such as the Skookumchuck Wind Energy Project, California High-Speed Rail Construction Package 4, and Southern California Edison's West of Devers Upgrade Project. His role often involves acting as foreman for the BMP installation crew, ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of BMPs in the field.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ethan continues to serve in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he has held various leadership positions, including Commanding Officer and Engineer Officer. His military service further underscores his dedication to leadership and discipline.

In his spare time, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor activities, and continuing his commitment to environmental conservation.
