Bancroft provides archaeological field compliance and reporting for SB Energy's Pelican's Jaw Hybrid Solar project, a large-scale solar development in the Central Valley. Our team of 9 archaeologists coordinates with the developer, construction teams, and monitors from two Central Valley tribes (Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi Yokut Tribe and Tejon Indian Tribe) to implement a Cultural Resources Monitoring & Mitigation Plan / Inadvertent Discovery Plan (CRMP/IDP). Bancroft's role is not just to observe ground disturbance—we actively facilitate respectful, productive relationships between the developer, construction contractors, tribal monitors, and scientific/technical staff, providing WEAP briefings emphasizing cultural sensitivity and managing data collection and reporting to meet both developer and tribal nation expectations.

Key Deliverables:

• 9 archaeologists deployed for full construction monitoring

• Daily monitoring logs with photo documentation and GPS coordinates
