Bancroft Construction Services continues to deliver essential biological monitoring services, environmental compliance, and stormwater management across properties in California's Central Valley, spanning 6 counties. The company's scope includes conducting pre-activity biological surveys, implementing Best Management Practices (BMPs), providing Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Practitioner (QSP) services for stormwater pollution prevention, and performing environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with all applicable permits and environmental commitments. Bancroft's team continues to execute field reconnaissance, protocol-level surveys for special status species, cultural resources monitoring, and real-time reporting through the Authority's database.

Throughout the project, Bancroft Construction Services has and will exemplify adherence to comprehensive environmental laws and standards, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the Clean Water Act stormwater requirements. We will continue to ensure strict compliance with regulations under CERCLA, RCRA, and California-specific environmental statutes, while implementing appropriate environmental protection measures for biological resources, archaeological sites, historical structures, and water quality. Our work is conducted under the supervision of appropriately licensed and permitted professionals, including certified biological monitors, QSD/QSP practitioners, and environmental specialists, ensuring that every property management activity minimizes environmental impacts and fulfills the Authority's environmental stewardship commitments for this transformative infrastructure project.
