Meet Ashley Driscoll

Ashley Driscoll is the Founder and CEO of Bancroft Construction Services, a California State-certified DVBE, WBE, SBmicro, and HUBZone business specializing in environmental compliance, stormwater management, and biological services for the utility, transportation, and renewable energy sectors.

A U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a Master of Arts in Community Leadership from Westminster College, Ashley served over a decade as a U.S. Naval Officer before founding Bancroft in 2017. She holds certifications as a Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner (QSD/P) and Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).

Since its inception, Ashley has grown Bancroft from a single-person operation to a full-service environmental compliance firm with over 30 employees and 60+ state and federally approved subcontracted biologists. She oversees all aspects of company operations, including financial management, project oversight, and strategic development.

Ashley serves as a Founding Platinum Sponsor of the Women in Transportation Central Valley Chapter and is active in the Women in Construction Coalition, the Women in Leadership Program at UC Santa Barbara, and the Veterans in Business Network.
