Ashley Driscoll

Ashley Driscoll is the dynamic Founder and CEO of Bancroft Construction Services, a California State-certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Small Business (SBmicro), and HUBZone certified business specializing in environmental compliance, stormwater management, and biological services. Since establishing Bancroft in 2017, Ashley has transformed the company into a leading provider within the utility, transportation, and renewable energy sectors.

Drawing upon her extensive background, Ashley brings over a decade of active-duty service as a U.S. Naval Officer, where she honed her leadership skills in high-pressure environments both domestically and overseas. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Arts in Community Leadership from Westminster College.

Ashley is a certified Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner (QSD/P) and a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). Her hands-on approach ensures that Bancroft's projects are managed with precision and excellence. She oversees the company's financial health, bid proposals, project cost analysis, equipment procurement and maintenance, labor union agreements, and the day-to-day management of the executive team.

Under Ashley's leadership, Bancroft has grown from a single-person operation to a robust full-service environmental compliance construction company. The team now includes over 30 employees, comprising stormwater field inspectors, CDL/Operators, biologists, and archaeologists, along with more than 60 state and federally approved subcontracted biologists. She has successfully guided the company through strategic development, enabling it to provide emergency services and meet client needs efficiently.

A leader in the Construction Stormwater profession, Ashley is a Founding Platinum Sponsor of the Women in Transportation Central Valley Chapter, a member of the Women in Construction Coalition, and an advisor to the Women in Leadership Program at UC Santa Barbara. She is also a member of the Veterans in Business Network.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, playing tennis and golf, and exploring California with her family.
