Andrew Price

Andrew J. Price is a seasoned Construction Program Manager at Bancroft Construction Services, specializing in strategic growth and complex project execution. With a wealth of experience in stormwater management and environmental compliance, Andrew joined Bancroft in 2023 as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager, bringing his expertise to the forefront of the company's operations.

As a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (QSD/P), Andrew has a robust background in managing stormwater BMP contractors, ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of sediment and erosion controls, and achieving swift permit termination. His previous role at Michael Baker International's Santa Ana office saw him leading the Construction Stormwater Program, overseeing QSP inspections for 28 active construction sites across Southern and Central California.

Andrew's notable projects include the Mesa/Alta Wind Farm Site Restoration, the Unnamed Road Repair Project for Southern California Edison, and the Lee Vining Substation Upgrade. These projects highlight his ability to manage multifaceted remediation efforts, coordinate with various regulatory agencies, and implement effective stormwater BMPs in challenging environments.

In addition to his project management capabilities, Andrew is proficient in writing and reviewing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCPs), and Water Pollution Control Plans (WPCPs) for some of the state's largest agencies and private developers. He has also developed internal audit tools for clients, leveraging data analytics to enhance compliance strategies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources/Hydraulics from the University of California, Irvine.
