Andrew J. Price is a Construction Program Manager at Bancroft Construction Services, specializing in strategic growth and complex project execution in stormwater management and environmental compliance.

A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (QSD/P), Andrew joined Bancroft in 2023 as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager. He previously led the Construction Stormwater Program at Michael Baker International, overseeing QSP inspections for 28 active construction sites across Southern and Central California.

Andrew's project portfolio includes the Mesa/Alta Wind Farm Site Restoration, the Unnamed Road Repair Project for Southern California Edison, and the Lee Vining Substation Upgrade. He specializes in writing and reviewing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCPs), and Water Pollution Control Plans (WPCPs) for major state agencies and private developers, and has developed internal audit tools leveraging data analytics to enhance compliance strategies.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources/Hydraulics from the University of California, Irvine.
