Bancroft Construction Services provided comprehensive stormwater compliance and erosion control services for the Ameresco Anode project, ensuring adherence to all Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements and California regulatory standards. Our stormwater team coordinated the strategic removal of temporary BMPs including fiber rolls and gravel bags that had served their purpose during active construction phases, conducting thorough site assessments to verify proper sequencing and compliance with environmental permits. The team managed all aspects of sediment and erosion control system decommissioning, ensuring that removal activities did not compromise water quality protection or create additional environmental impacts, with all debris properly characterized and disposed of at appropriate facilities in accordance with waste management regulations.

The final phase of our stormwater services included implementing permanent erosion control measures through precision hydroseeding operations designed to establish vegetative cover and long-term soil stabilization. Our SWPPP-compliant approach incorporated site-specific seed mix applications at calculated rates of 30 pounds per acre, combined with Proganics DUAL bonded fiber matrix to provide immediate erosion protection while vegetation establishes. We coordinated water procurement logistics, managed application timing to optimize germination conditions, and deployed specialized hydroseeding equipment capable of delivering uniform coverage across diverse terrain.
